As a practicing lawyer, with now two decades of experience, I can recall like it was yesterday, that uneasy feeling of profound frustration at my inability to decipher the court language, read the orders sheets or understand the legal jargon flowing around me, when I joined the district courts. This frustration resonates not just with beginners in the legal profession but also with litigants and anyone having interaction with the legal process.
Making sense of the myriad of farsi (persian)-urdu legal terms is not easy . Poring over the lughats (urdu dictionaries) leads to more frustration, as these legal terms are often not covered in the dictionaries. Hence, my compilation of commonly used legal terms sharing some of the things I have learnt along the way.

Thank you for masterly encapsulated with extreme ease to follow the proceedings and needed paraphernalia provided as well.
Adroitly the subject married to IT.
In an analogy:
Pharmacist deputed to perform surgery.
It is illegal.
Pharmacist is left at his own to handle the task.
The only choice left to him is to get on motorway but with a U Turn at quite a stretch.
By the time he returns, is fired for TIME BAR.
Any solution?
